All our beef  is specially selected and matured before it is sold in our shops and cut to the customers requirements

Our lamb is supplied to our customers in various cuts and packaged as required.

The pork is from traditional pigs and can be cut into any type of joints boned out or bone in and scored for crispy crackling.

Bacon and ham is dry cured giving a good flavour when cooked.
Sausages are pork, cumberland and various flavours.

Ready meals, vegetarian meals, desserts, jams and preserves all all produced in our own farm kitchen from natural ingredients and are then freshly frozen ready to be defrosted and cooked as required.

Ready meals are made from our beef, lamb, pork and chicken to various delicious recipes.

Vegetarian meals are prepared from fresh vegetables, cheese or pasta, and freshly cooked then frozen to provide a healthy nutritional meal.

A range of frozen desserts are produced including puddings, pies and cakes.

Home made jams, chutneys and pickles made from seasonal natural produce area available to complement your meal.
